Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ba789 website at https://ba789.ws (the "Platform"), registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with any additional policies, guidelines, or rules referenced herein, including but not limited to the ba789 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

ba789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to registered players. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing your use of ba789.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ba789 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ba789 enforces a strict minimum age policy. No exceptions will be made. Players found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended and any funds held pending investigation.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual person acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ba789 or had an account permanently closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino activities are explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, coercion, or the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

ba789 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the player relationship, including but not limited to at the time of first withdrawal request, at any time we deem appropriate for compliance purposes, or when a bonus is claimed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by ba789 may result in account restriction or closure.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of the ba789 Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a single player account by completing the ba789 registration process accurately and truthfully. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the ba789 Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under your own name, under another person's name, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. ba789 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or winnings associated with them.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba789 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activities conducted under your account are your responsibility, whether or not they were authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ba789 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Account Verification (KYC)

ba789 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity, address, and payment method ownership:

• National Identity Card (NID) — Bangladesh
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last three months) confirming residential address
• Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits
• Front and back copy of any Visa or Mastercard used for deposits

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held until verification is satisfactorily completed. ba789 will not process withdrawal requests to payment methods that differ from those used for deposits until identity verification is confirmed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the ba789 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ba789 does not operate multi-currency accounts. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals made by players:

Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your ba789 BDT wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ba789 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ba789 accepts no liability. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. ba789 reserves the right to apply a maximum deposit limit per transaction or per day.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. ba789 may request additional verification if a different withdrawal method is requested.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the recipient bank.
• ba789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.

Player Funds Segregation

Player funds held in ba789 BDT wallets are maintained separately from ba789's operational business accounts. This segregation is designed to ensure that player balances remain protected and available for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Betting & Casino Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual sports, and racing activities conducted on the ba789 Platform. Product-specific rules — including detailed cricket betting markets, live casino table limits, and slot volatility disclosures — are available within the relevant sections of the Platform at the time of play.

Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet or wager is considered accepted and binding only upon receipt of a confirmation message from the ba789 system. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before confirming. ba789 is not liable for any errors in bet placement that result from player mistake.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC for international cricket, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, FIFA for international football). In the event of a dispute over official results, ba789's decision — made in good faith based on available information — shall be final. ba789 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, corrupted data feeds, match abandonment, or evidence of irregular betting patterns.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the ba789 Platform — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and slot titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules published by their respective studios. ba789 provides access to these game rules within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are independently certified for all slot titles and are available on request.

System Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system malfunction, technical fault, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ba789 reserves the right to void the affected transaction. Winnings generated as a direct result of a system error are not considered valid and will not be paid. ba789 will endeavour to resolve any malfunction as quickly as possible and will communicate with affected players via the email address registered to their account.

Bonuses & Promotions

ba789 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have a fully verified ba789 account unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is detailed in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• ba789 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonuses that have been claimed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions or the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are awarded in BDT (৳) and are credited to your ba789 BDT wallet within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Where a maximum withdrawal limit applies to winnings generated from a bonus, this limit will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• ba789 reserves the right to determine, at its absolute discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting patterns, or placing offsetting bets — and to withhold or cancel any bonuses or winnings accordingly.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ba789 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and in a manner that does not harm other players, ba789, or the integrity of the Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sportsbook market.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, odds-setting systems, or game engines for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sports or casino outcomes.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities — including money laundering — to make deposits or place bets on the Platform.
• Impersonating another person, registering under a false identity, or using another player's account credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the ba789 Platform.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at ba789 staff, support agents, or other players.

ba789 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in violation of these obligations may be suspended immediately and all associated bets, winnings, and bonus funds voided pending investigation. ba789 may report suspected illegal activity — including money laundering and fraud — to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

ba789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the period specified by ba789.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or match-fixing.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the player via ba789's Responsible Gaming tools.
• Identification of a duplicate account.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• A legal requirement or regulatory direction requiring ba789 to restrict access for players in a specific jurisdiction.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their ba789 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your BDT wallet — after deduction of any pending withdrawal fees and unfulfilled wagering requirements — will be refunded to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion through ba789's Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion options are available for defined periods (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. ba789 will also suppress all marketing communications to you during this period. Governing Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and ba789 with respect to your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document or communication, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless a specific written amendment has been agreed. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. ba789's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
